Our Commitment

At True Nature Wares, we take great care to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly products made from natural materials like Areca palm leaves, sugarcane bagasse, and coconut. While we ensure each product is inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

We aim to make your return experience as simple and transparent as possible.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item, quantity, or product variant.
• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The item has expired or is not in usable condition due to quality failure.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Slight variations in color, grain, or texture (natural material variation).
• Opened or used products.
• Orders returned after the return window (see below).

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact Us at [support@truenaturewares.com] or WhatsApp us at [+XX-XXXX-XXXX] with your:
   • Order number
   • Photo(s) of the product issue
   • Brief description of the problem
2. Return Approval: Our team will assess your request and notify you of return eligibility within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping:
   • For incorrect or damaged orders, we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
   • For other returns, shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• In case of prepaid orders, partial refunds for missing/damaged items are also possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you require a different item.

Important Notes

• Each product is made from natural materials. Minor variations in texture, color, or shape are normal and not considered defects.
• Bulk or custom orders may have a separate return policy (refer to invoice terms or contact us).
